Unrestricted Gifts
Unrestricted gifts to the Illinois Capital Area Chapter are valuable in helping the Chapter achieve it's overall mission of being prepared at all times to respond to an emergency. Unrestricted gifts allows the flexibility to assist the community in whatever way necessary whether providing day to day services and educational programs or responding to a disaster.

Tribute and Memorial Gifts
You may designate your gift in honor or in memory of someone. To do so, you may designate your gift by phone or mail as a tribute or memorial gift. An acknowledgement card will be sent to the honoree/family notifying them of your gift.

Local Disaster Relief Gifts
A gift that supports Local Disaster Relief helps the Chapter support disaster victims in Sangamon, Logan, Christian, Macoupin, Montgomery and Menard Counties. During disasters, the primary function of the Red Cross is to minimize loss, comfort victims, and help individuals and families restart their lives by providing basic necessities. Your gift helps provide food, clothing, temporary shelter, first-aid , medications, mental-health counseling, and other items necessary to help rebuild local lives after disasters.

National Disaster Relief Gifts
Help victims of thousands of disasters that occur across the U.S. and its territories on a yearly basis by making a financial gift to the National Disaster Relief. This enables the American Red Cross to provide shelter, food, counseling, and other assistance to those in need throughoutt he nation.

International Disaster Relief Gifts
