VOLUNTEER INFORMATION
Your American Red Cross needs you! There are many exciting volunteer opportunities with the Illinois Capital Area Chapter of the American Red Cross that match your interests and skills. As a volunteer you could do the following:
- Respond to local and national disasters
- Teach First Aid, CPR, Lifeguard and Disaster Training courses
- Staff Blood Pressure Clinics, First Aid stations and Health Fairs
- Participate in community walk-throughs and educate community members in Disaster Preparedness & Safety
- Deliver meals to community members through our Meals On Wheels program
- Participate in special/fundraising events
