The Doorbell Dinners program is a doctor-referral program that offers a hot noon meal and a sack lunch for supper that are prepared and delivered to persons who are incapable of preparing their own meals or are on a restricted diet. Meals are deliverd Monday - Friday, including holidays. The progam is a service provided by several community organizations: American Red Cross, Memorial Home Services, Passavant Area Hospital's Dietary and Church Women United. Not only does this program bring nutritional food to these people, but it is of great value to have some interested persons visiting them daily in their homes.
